This is one of the excellent place you can opt for stay. Luxurious giving value for the money. Magestic lounge, well maintained, gives a feeling of entering into a palace!! The attitude of the front office staff and the lounge bar staff was excellent. When our team checked in, it was about 23.30 hrs on 3rd Nov. That too after a long car journey and a tiring audit of a pharmaceutical company. When we asked about the food availability, the message from reception was the restaurant is closed and only room service is available. Lounge bar service may be available. When we went to the lounge bar the girls there told us that they too are winding up and only room service possible. Then my friend Raj Sigh did a magic. He went to the reception and after few minutes brought the girl there to the lounge bar. She provided us the restuarant menu card and asked the chef to take the order for food. Also asked the lounge bar girls to serve drinks for us. Within few minutes the Chef came and told us that he can prepare dinner for us except Indian cuisine. We were so happy to get the food and drinks. We spent till 2 pm at the lounge bar ahd the girls at the bar was so cooperative to serve the drinks we asked. Excellent customer service. And Raj was a person who does this type of magics in odd moments !! His point to the staf at Sheraton was how Sheraton can close the bar when guest want to relax after a tiring journey?. Because of his request to serve the drinks for us, another team also got a chance to have drinks in the lounge bar. The bar girls did their job in a wonderful manner.

Stayed in CHQ for a three days biz trip. We were the first larger group after the grand opening of the hotel mid of September 2011. The rooms are immaculate, larger than anything I stayed at before. Very much golden furbish. Excellent service-minded staff. Check out the various hotpot restaurants with spicy Sichuan cuisine or enter one of the river boats for an excursion or dinner.

Das Hotel hat am 15.09. Eröffnung gefeiert. Alles sehr schick, sehr groß und (auf den ersten Blick) sehr edel. Also alles, was man sich von einem 5-Sterne Hotelder Diamant-Klasse verspricht. Da wir (meine Kollegin und ich) den Saes Manager aus einem anderen Hotel kennen, haben wir auch ein Upgrade in die Premier-Klasse erhalten. Die Zimmer sind riesig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Dazu gibt es einen Blick auf den Yangtze. Das HOtel liegt dierekt am Yangtze, also kein verdeckter Blick wie bei vielen anderen Hotels. Wenn man auf kitschiges Ambiente aus dem 19. Jahrhundert steht, ist das Hotel perfekt. Wenn nicht, dann kann einem das Ganze schnell zu viel werden. Die Restaurants im Hotel sind sehr gut und können ohne Bedneken empfohlen werden. Ein italienischer Küchenchef im italienischen Restaurant und ein deutscher Restaurant-Manager sorgen für die nötige Qualität. Einziges Manko des Hotels ist die Lage. Damit meine ich ncht die Lage am Yangtze, sondern die Lage außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. RIngsherum gibt es noch nicht so viel. Ein paar Restaurants, aber mehr noch nicht. In die Stadt braucht es eine 10 minütige Taxifahrt. Abgesehen davon ist das HOtel, das wirklich alles bietet nur zu empfehlen.

就住了一个晚上，下午3点打电话给喜达屋预订中心同时预订了1小时后入住的两个房间，结果CI的时候前台就说只有一个房间，后来又给预订中心电话去核实，的确有确认了是两个房间，给预订中心的人说帮我去落实一下然后10分钟后回我电话，答应了但是以后再也没有和我联系过，还好最后手机上网查到了预订编号后酒店一个女前台终于确认了是两间房。房间自动升级到了行政层的大床房，但是却不给行政待遇，房间除了高一些，别的完全一样，也不知道住在你行政层有何用处？想想反正酒廊还在装修也没开放，想想也就不计较了。

位于重庆的一条滨江路上，周围都是酒店和餐馆，很多本地人在这里消费，一直到深夜都还很热闹。和市中区隔着一条江，在房间里可以看到重庆的夜景，非常美的夜景。酒店的外表有点张扬，是金色的，有人说太俗，反正见仁见智吧，我觉得挺特别的。房间非常的宽敞，有点欧式奢华的风格，大理石材质为主。酒店服务很好，西式自助晚餐也很丰富。在重庆出差的话，这里是个不错的选择，不管去哪里坐出租车都不是太远。

位置方便，下面就是车站，出行方便。里面到处都是玻璃镜片，感觉房间很大，还有一个比较舒适的沙发。感觉还可以。以后有机会再去

...from the large golden hippos at the entrance to the lifesize golden statues and fountains in the lobby and the surprisingly long wait to get a beer... Check in was slow, the restaurant service was slow (and we sent some of the food back) and whilst the bar service was friendly it was also remarkably slow considering we were the only guests in there. Not much English spoken, and staff didnt seem used to dealing with non mandarin speaking guests. Breakfast was dull. On the plus side the rooms are really nice and comfortable. For business it was fine, for leisure I would have started to get frustrated - certainly wouldnt rush back (other than to marvel at those hippos again....)

Stayed here for 4 nights - junior suite rooms were well equipped & spacious but so hot! It was at the crossover between winter & summer but the temperature outside was warm and there was no cooling inside! Terrible. Although I kept complaining I was told an engineer would fix - which he couldn't as the system is centralised not localised to the rooms.weird because the corridor outside was cool? Whatever. I also booked the suite for the Club facility - but it Wasn't open?? I tried to book a flight with the consierge - but not possible - no travel agent in the area which I find hard to believe in such a vast city. After these experiences I changed to Le Meridien Chongqing and although not perfect, it was considerably better & cheaper. Conclusion - best avoid for a few months uuntil teething problems are resolved.

新开的酒店，外观金灿灿的，在雾蒙蒙的重庆非常梁亮眼，一进大堂就觉得金碧辉煌，大气开阔。房间里面是中式木结构和现代西方设计融合的典范。床特别舒服，床垫和床上用品都显档次。房间格局比较怪，浴室在房间正中央，不是很方便。开夜床没有送小礼物，也没有摆早餐卡。位置很好，对面就是音乐喷泉，晚上出来走走很热闹，周边吃饭的地方很多，选择也多样。 服务只是流程化，并没有什么可圈可点的。不满意的是，第二天早上6点退房，让前台帮忙叫出租车，前台说礼宾员在楼上取行李，没有人可以叫，但加上他本人，大堂明明就有2个人都在闲着，却没有人帮忙，服务意识有待加强。希望管理层可以重视到细微之处。

看外观那金碧辉煌的装潢以为是一家奇怪的酒店，不过意外的很不错。 不是很喜欢这里的装修风格，整一个美国式宫殿风，不知道的还以为自己住进皇宫了。。。 设施和床上用品都挺好的，早餐稍微少了一点当地特色。 值得称赞的是服务相当到位，无论是餐厅、前台还是送报纸的都彬彬有礼很和蔼。

会掌柜平台推荐，抱着试试看的心态联系了销售，酒店的装修和设施很土豪，宴会厅比较高大上，公司年会给足了面子，老板超满意的

感覺非常好的一家酒店，地理位置好，乾淨，意大利餐廳及那裡的工作人員給我留下了非常好的感覺，管理團隊非常優秀，不愧為重慶最好的酒店！！

整体的都感觉比较好，比如说卫生呀，食品呀，还有住宿呀这些都是比较好的。而且停车场还可以，能满足住客需要，是地下的，差不多100辆吧。至于隔音效果不错，比仙女山的华邦还要好一点。况且这个位置也好找，就在南京路旁边。

Stayed at this magnificent hotel for two nights (June 9 & 10, 2012) and it is over the top insofar as being luxurious in every way. The hotel has approximately forty floors and one is overwhelmed upon entering the lobby which I suspect has fifty foot high ceilings and a welcomoing waterfall. I stayed in a very large 80 square meter room overlooking the Yangtze River and the color motif was gold which was meant to be indicative of pure luxury. The bathroom was enormously large just as was the sitting area and the bedroom area and the amenities were second to none. The room was spotlessly clean. My room came with executive lounge privileges and the lounge was stunningly beautiful with great views of Chongqing. The staff in the lounge is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend that anyone who stays here should pay a little extra in order to have lounge privileges. About the only thing slightly negative I can say about the hotel, and it is really a very minor complaint, is that the check-in process at the front des was a little bit slow. However, in every other way the staff at the front desk tried to be very helpful during my stay. An added plus is that free use of computers is available in the hotel lobby which is exquisitely appointed. While you work on the computer you will be continually serenaded by a player piano which serenades you with gentle western music, mainly show tunes. This hotel is a magnificent way to pamper yourself after a hard day of sightseeing. The breakfast had a very good selection of food that westerners will like.

I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel only a few weeks after it opened. Rooms are large and has all what you need. There are several good restaurangs in the hotel. The hitel is suated close to the river in Chongqing. Overall Ifind this hotel a very good choice. One interesting thing s that they have copied the fountain in the lobby and elevator area exactly from the famous Burj Al Arab in Dubai.

This hotel was opened 4 months ago the lobby is beautiful the rooms are comfortable the bath is in a glass box in the middle of the room interesting concept maybe do Vegas. The service was great and they spoke English well. But it was overpriced for a five star hotel in this city.
